Shipping & Returns

Log in to your customer account.

From the "My Orders" screen, go to the details page of the order you wish to return.

Click the "Request a refund" button.

On the screen that opens, select your reason for return and add a note if you wish.

After completing these steps, the "Request a Return" button will become active; you can submit your return request by clicking the button.
